In order to receive a replacement or credit, you may be required to send the defective back to Premier or the manufacturer. Note: This form is not for products damaged during shipment.
Warranty Notice: Effective 1/1/2019 on all LED A19, R/BR bulbs
Due to the nature of manufacturer limited warranties, Premier Lighting is no longer able to provide complete replacement on any purchase over 12 months. The manufacturer limited warranty carries use implications and pro rata on the use of the bulb. For any bulb purchased more than 12 months ago, and less than 5 years of original purchase date will receive $1 credit toward purchase of a replacement bulb. In order to receive the credit, all defectives must be returned to Premier Lighting.
