Premier Lighting Case Study: Indoor Swimming Pool LED Lighting Retrofit

williston-fitness-center

Customer Profile:

The Williston Fitness Center is owned and operated by the City of Minnetonka and features an indoor swimming pool/splash pad, tennis courts and many other amenities.

Goal:

The current lighting environment consisted of T8 and T5 fluorescent as well as 1000 watt metal halide fixtures that were difficult to access and maintain. In addition, many of the fixtures were not providing adequate lighting and the hanging kits that supported them were corroding. The City of Minnetonka desired to replace the current lighting system with new LED fixtures designed for a Natatorium environment with better serviceable locations around the pool.

What kind of lighting is currently up? Options could be to retrofit what you have, or get in new LED Fixtures. Either way it’d best to analyze what you have first.

      Thanks,

      Pat
