Premier Lighting will conduct a thorough walkthrough of your facility to analyze your current lighting system and determine where there are areas that you can maintain or exceed your lighting and control needs with improved energy efficiency. This includes examining your current light fixtures and lighting controls in the entire facility as well as your outdoor lighting. We will provide an in depth lighting analysis of your current lighting system and recommendations for an upgraded energy-efficient lighting system. The turnkey report will present the material cost, installation cost, recycling/disposal cost and the best rebate available to you from your utility company. It will also detail cut sheets of recommended retrofits, lighting design layouts, energy savings, maintenance savings, project payback time, ROI and potential tax benefits.
- Implementation
Upon agreement of the recommendations we will work with you on all aspects from start to finish of the project. We will deliver all necessary material, coordinate an installation schedule, handle proper disposal/recycling of old materials and process all of the rebate paperwork.
